As a heavy machinery widely used in various engineering operations, the Carter 330 excavator has attracted much attention for its loading fuel consumption performance. After multi-faceted actual working condition testing and data analysis, we found that the fuel consumption of the Carter 330 excavator is roughly in the range of 25-30 liters per hour under the standard operating environment, but the actual fuel consumption will fluctuate due to multiple factors such as operation mode, loading material density, and operating environment. In order to more accurately evaluate and optimize the fuel consumption of the Carter 330 excavator, it is recommended that users take field measurements according to their own operating conditions, and combine the official data provided by the manufacturer with professional maintenance measures to reduce potential fuel consumption. In addition, regular maintenance of the excavator, such as maintaining good engine performance and rational use of hydraulic system, can also improve fuel efficiency to a certain extent, so as to effectively control and reduce the level of fuel consumption during loading operations. In general, it is of great significance to understand and master the real fuel consumption of the Carter 330 excavator during loading operations to improve the operating efficiency of the equipment and save operating costs.
