Breakthrough design of conventional caterpillar bulldozer. The drive sprocket is separate from the travel frame, which is arranged axially in line with final drive, steering and braking clutch and central transmission, and, the caterpillar is designed with triangular arrangement to eliminate the impact load of ground directly transmitted to the drive sprocket, so that the service life of the transmission system is increased by 30%.
Travel system pivoted with vehicle frame to replace conventional splayed beam structure and improve the connecting rigid of travel frame and vehicle frame. The gravity center of the vehicle frame may be easily adjusted to accommodate the operating requirements of equipment to the gravity center of the vehicle frame.

Hydraulic and mechanical torque converter with SPT mechanical and hydraulic output (hydraulic: mechanical=70%:30%). It combines the hydraulic system able to automatically accommodate change in load with mechanical transmission having good passing performance, with wider efficient range of engine and torque converter, and higher transmission efficiency.
Power shift transmission box designed with planetary structure, compact and reasonable, low-profile, high transmission efficiency. The clutch of transmission box is provided with multiple discs, wet, combined with hydraulic pressure, disengagement by spring. The friction discs are forcedly cooled down and lubricated to maximize the service life of the clutch.
The steering and braking clutches are wet multi-disc adjustment-free clutches. The braking clutch is normally engaged clutch with disc spring pressing and hydraulic disengagement. The steering clutch is normally disengaged and hydraulically engaged clutch. Combination of manual maneuvering of steering and braking clutches may fulfill slow turning, sharp turning, brake of complete vehicle, and total brake of complete vehicle with foot pedal. It is designed with locking mechanism so that the complete vehicle may be kept in braking state at the time of engine starting, to ensure no slip on slope when engine is starting, and with higher operating safety and reliability of complete vehicle.
The final drive uses secondary planetary speed reducer to replace conventional spur gear reducer, installed outside the steering and braking clutch, with combined sprockets and low profile, easy to assemble/disassemble, without need of removing travel frame at the time of maintenance of final drive.
The hydraulic system of equipment is designed with pressure compensation circuit. Low pressure unloading occurs when not in use. The oil pump pressure is slightly higher than pressure of working load during operation, for reduction in overflowing power consumption and increase in system efficiency. The accurate fine-tuning control improves operating stability and smoothness and reduces technical requirements of operator's operation.
The front-end attachments are arranged close to vehicle body and nearly vertical to ground, for higher tool force and large capacity of blade, with bulldozing efficiency much more than that of conventional bulldozer.
Anti-tilting guard, vibration-isolated hexagonal cab, with good visual field, riding safety and comfort, and easy operation.
The electronic control and monitoring system with audible/visual/electric alarm replaces conventional dashboard monitoring system. It records, controls and monitors the diesel engine water temperature and oil pressure of operating bulldozer; operating oil temperature and pressure of chassis and equipment hydraulic systems; diesel oil tank level, etc. In case of failure to bulldozer, the electronic monitor immediately sends alarm to avoid serious damage to bulldozer resulting from accumulation of minor faults.
