The cutting head is designed for hard rock condition,and the arrangement of picks on it is reasonable.It makes the machine has stronger rock breaking capacity , high cutting efficiency and low consumption rate of picks.
Loading and conveying mechanism adopt the high strength wear-resistant plate which can be replaced, to be better for hard rock conditions , it improves the service life.
The use of three layer of water curtain to the spraying system, and a reserved fan installation position,which is effective to cooling and dust.
The hydraulic system adopts constant power, load sensitive control,which is good for energy saving and environmental protection.
