The gas-powered Cat CUV85 Utility Vehicle efficiently completes hauling tasks, quickly maneuvering over rugged terrain on the work site at speeds over 45 mph (72.4 km/h). The CUV85 features a rugged all steel cargo bed with 1,000 lb (453.6 kg) capacity. Smooth acceleration, clear sightlines and engine braking capability make the Cat UTV well suited for hauling and towing.
The CUV85 boasts a four-wheel independent suspension system with a front sway bar, providing superior stability at full load. A long swing arm suspension and custom tuned springs and shocks provide a balance between a smooth ride and handling loads. Ample ground clearance ensures these vehicles will navigate rough terrain with ease.
The Cat UTV is built for quiet and comfortable operation all day long. The design minimizes noise and vibration during operation for a quieter ride. The CUV85 comfortably seats five riders side-by-side in two rows with ample leg, elbow and headroom for tall riders. Behind the seat storage and a document holder provide space for personal items and gear. The passenger seat base can be removed and stowed behind the seat to provide extra floor space for larger items.
