JOTEC International Heavy Industry (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. was established on January 7, 2011 with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. It is located at No. 157, Lishan Road, Qingdao West Coast New Area. It is a member of China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, China Agricultural machinery Circulation Association and China Agricultural Mechanization Association.

JOTEC’s products are mainly corn harvesters (corn-ear plucking harvester, corn-ear and stalk harvester). The products have won many awards, among which are New Product Recommendation Award at China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition, Technology Innovation Gold Award, and etc. Our brand was rated as the 9th National Agricultural Machinery User Satisfaction Brand and Shandong Famous Brand.

We have a stong research and development department. It is a National High-tech Company, Municipal Company Technology Center and Municipal Engineering Research Center, and has obtained the Certification of GB/T29490 Intellectual Property Management System. We have advanced design and product data management system, and integrated advanced design softwares such as UG and CAD. Our products are at the international advanced and domestic leading level with 46 invention and utility model patents. JOTEC’s products have won Silver Award、Bronze Award and Excellent Award of Shandong Industrial Design Competition, Gold Quality Award and Intelligent Design Award of Qingdao Industrial Design Competition, Qingdao Science and Technology Award and other honors.

JOTEC has a complete production system, covering an area of 223 mu, and has built #1 workshop, trial production workshop and public auxiliary facilities of about 40000 square meters. The workshop site layout is standard, the process connection is reasonable, and the connection of lines is smooth and continuous. At present, it has an annual production capacity of 3000 sets per year. In addition to general machining equipment and welding tooling, laser cutting machine, welding robot and other advanced equipment are introduced into the Punching and Welding Workshop. The Coating Workshop has automatic production line that equipped with advanced technology like cathodic electrophoresis, electrophoresis drying and electrostatic spraying. The General Assembly Workshop has advanced equipment such as full-automatic general assembly production line, tire assembly arm, centralized liquid supply and filling system. The sub assembly process is equipped with assembly parts running-in test stand, such as power control, temperature rise monitor, abnormal noise adjustment.

We have sound quality control system. It has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, formulated strict process specifications and quality standards, equipped with special inspection devices, instruments and tooling, and set up a physical and chemical laboratory to ensure that the quality of each link, such as raw material procurement, self-produced parts, online assembly, offline commissioning, finished product warehousing, is controlled to ensure high reliability of the machine.

JOTEC owns independent brands of Dima series, with market layout in Northeast China, Central China and other regions. Our products are sold to Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Shanxi, Henan, Hebei, Anhui, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Gansu and other provinces, and the export business breakthrough is realized by exporting to Tajikistan in Central Asia.
